Fromthejump.uk  Store Policy

1. General Information

Fromthejump is a UK-based clothing brand operating out of Sussex. We sell exclusively online and offer worldwide shipping to customers across the globe.



2. Shipping Policy
        •       Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
        •       Shipping Locations: We ship both domestically (UK) and internationally.
        •       Shipping Times: Delivery time varies by location. UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping may take 7–14 business days.
        •       Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.



3. Returns & Exchanges
        •       We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
        •       Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
        •       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
        •       Exchanges can be made for a different size or product (subject to availability).



4. Refund Policy
        •       Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or faulty due to a supplier or manufacturing issue.
        •       If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including photos and a brief description.
        •       Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.



5. Order Changes & Cancellations
        •       Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
